📢Hi! We have migrated the Help Center to another platform, hence the content that you see here might not be the latest version. Visit our new Help Center or submit a request if you need any product assistance. Thank you for your cooperation! 😄

We pay attention not only to the major security factors, but also all the small details based on daily usage:

-Hidden PINcode digits

When a user is entering his/her PIN code, the keyboard would not display the code explicitly. Rather, it would replace the digit with dots so that nobody could read the PIN code even by standing right next to the user.

-Disrupted digits

When a user is verifying transactions with the PIN code, the digits are shown in disrupted order. Thus others would never get to read the PIN code by memorizing your gestures.

-Anti-brual attack

If someone steals your SafePal S1 and tries to test PINcode out by entering in multiple times, the device will locked up and execute self-destroy mechanism, preventing the hacker from stealing your money.
